We offer psychotherapy, psychological assessment, coaching, and yoga classes.

Whether you’re seeking emotional support, personal growth through coaching, or mind–body connection through movement, you’re welcome here.

We’re comfortable working with adults, teenagers, and children, offering support through the different stages of life.

No experience needed, just come as you are! We’ll meet you where you’re at and build step by step. Practice makes progress, and you’re already on the right path simply by showing up.

For therapy and assessments, you can choose to begin with a free 15-minute consultation, or simply reach out to us on WhatsApp to book directly.

For coaching, you’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation. If you’d like to continue, you can book your sessions through our website (Calendly) or via WhatsApp.

For yoga classes, booking is also done through WhatsApp.

Nothing special needed!

For yoga, bring a mat and water.
For therapy, assessment, or coaching, just come as you are — openness is all you need.

Yes, we offer online therapy and coaching sessions.

Yoga classes are also available online for those who are further away or have busy schedules. Feel free to check in with us about available spots!
