Hello, I’m Vanessa, a clinical psychologist and yoga teacher based in Klang Valley.

I started Ocean Within to live by the values I hold close: giving, helping, and truly listening, even when it meant facing fears of failure. To me, walking this path is a commitment to stay grounded in what matters, even when it’s hard.
